Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason .

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you , who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our returns portal .
Enter your order number there, select "Refund" and then a reason for return.

You can find your order number in your order confirmation email or in your customer account under "Orders".

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of cancellation before the cancellation period expires .

If you are unable to access the returns portal, you can also declare your cancellation in writing by email or post (see section “Alternative exercise of the right of withdrawal”).

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of goods

You must return the goods to the return address provided to you during the returns process without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires .

You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment yourself.

Depreciation

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary and goes beyond testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery

  • for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have acknowledged that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Gifts (“Free Gifts”)

As part of marketing campaigns, we occasionally offer free gifts that are linked to a purchase or a certain minimum order value.

If you received a free gift as part of an order and cancel or return the associated order in whole or in part, the following applies:

  • If the minimum order value is no longer met due to the return, the free gift must also be returned.

  • Alternatively, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from the refund.

  • You can find the prices of the free gifts in the shop or by contacting our customer service.

Promotional vouchers and discount codes

If a voucher or discount code was used during the ordering process, the following applies to returns:

  • If the return reduces the order value below the minimum value required for the voucher , only the reduced value of the goods will be refunded.

  • Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount if the minimum order value for free shipping is no longer reached.

  • Vouchers will not be reissued or refunded.

Alternative exercise of the right of withdrawal

If you do not wish to exercise your right of withdrawal via the returns portal, you can also clearly declare your withdrawal to us via:
